One of the reason why I got myself a Kindle is because of the feature not found on the Kindle App for iPad until recent update. With the recent update, there’s no need for me to buy the next generation Kindle or toting my Kindle Fire anymore.
There are new Kindle line up on Amazon site. They have re-designed the Kindle, and one of them is with Touch capability. The cheapest Kindle you can buy is $79 and there is no 3G with it, and not a touch screen. The rest of the line up will be out in November 2011, with the Touch in November 21st, and Kindle Fire on the 15th of November. Price starting at $99 for the Touch version of Kindle, and the older line up of Kindle is still available if you prefer one with physical keyboard called Kindle Keyboard.

There’s an option in the link before you check out and you have an option. “Download to Computer” or “Send Wirelessly to Kindle”. However, the Subscription options is only “Send Wireless to Kindle” rather than Download to Computer. If there’s an option not to do a monthly subscription and you would rather do a per issue basis, then you can do “Download to Computer”. But There’s no option to “Send to Kindle for iPad”.
