Numbers of site out there made a comparison on the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S, as well as comparing the two to Samsung Nexus S II. I’m not going to post about comparison. At this point, we all know that the iPhone 4S is just an upgraded hardware from the old iPhone 4. Which makes sense since Apple had always upgraded the hardware with the same design on their iPhone line at least one more time before launching a new iPhone design.

What if you already have an iPhone 4? Should you upgrade to iPhone 4S?

I myself have an iPhone 4, my dilemma is, I just got the white one, about 3 months ago and the 4S would be nice to have. The 64Gb version, white, and unlock. Not tied to AT&T, and I don’t mind the wait in November for the unlock version. Even though it is more expensive, 16Gb for $649, 32Gb for $749 and 64Gb for $849. The Singaporean will be getting theirs on 28th of October, and the rest is in November.

The part that really interest me and is swaying on getting the iPhone 4S is Siri. Siri is available in these Language: English (U.S., UK, and Australian), French, German. Even though it’s in Beta, it already look impressive. Reminds me of Nuance Dragon Natural Speech. Hopefully they will have it available in more languages.

The question is, should you upgrade to iPhone 4S? Well, I can’t decide for you, but we all know the spec to the iPhone 4S.

8MP Camera – Wow, that’s pretty good for a phone as small as the iPhone, how do they put the parts in there to get that much processor into a small lens? I take a lot of pictures and I prefer to carry one device, and having an 8MP Camera on the phone requires me to leave my big camera at home and use the iPhone 4S as my primary camera for Point and Shoot.

A5 Processor – This should be an advantage, I feel my iPhone 4 is lagging, probably because it’s jailbroken. However, my iPad 2 Jailbroken with the same app and other customization to it is super fast and smooth. So the A5 processor would be a plus

HSDPA – 14.4Mbps Speed is doubled of what it can do on the iPhone 4. Faster 3G, not 4G, is welcome.

1080P HD Video – HD Recording is a plus, with this feature, I can at least store it and not worry about quality conversion later. The better the video is, the better I have room to play with when it comes to compression later.

Better Battery Life – Apple claims the A5 processor is an efficient processor, and I feel that the iPhone 4 eats battery like no tomorrow, especially when it’s being tether to my son’s iPad 2 Wi-Fi.

Seven times the Graphics Power – As Apple claims, and I already thought that the Retina Display is pretty nice and the graphics on the games for iPad 2 made for A5, especially Machinarium and Real Racing HD with Apple TV is pretty impressive. 7x the graphics power? I can’t wait for developer to take advantage of that 7x more graphics power to their games.

AirPlay to TV – Though this is on iOS 5, not the hardware itself, I’m already enjoying this feature on my iPad 2 with iOS 5 GM playing Real Racing HD over looking the cockpit on my big screen TV while the Maps, Lap Times, Elapse Time and Steering on the iPad 2.

I’m already persuaded to the 4S direction, unlock version though so it’s easy for me to travel without roaming.
