If you are wondering how you upload files to your iPad via SSH, and your iPad is jailbroken with Installous installed, but you have no idea where the download directory is for Installous so you can install application from your PC to your iPad. The directory is /private/var/mobile/Documents/Installous/Downloads/
This is to install application downloaded from Apptrackr.org to your jailbroken iPad.
I have spent hundreds of dollars on Application through iTunes for the iPad, but I won’t buy an app if there isn’t any trial. With jailbroken app, I can try it out and buy if I like it, if not, it’s a waste of space on the iPad; I delete it and put more HD Movies.
