Not a lot of people soldered their Bluetooth Module for their EEE 900 PC and made it work with Linux, and the write up below worked for me on Xandros. Make sure the Bluetooth is on by pressing FN F2 until you see the Bluetooth Icon is On, on your screen.

Turn on BT on your phone and make sure BT is “On” on the EEE from the BIOS. Be sure it is Enabled.
Step 1
Hold CTRL-T to open the Terminal

Type Sudo Su
Step 3
Type apt-get install bluez-utils
Step 4
Type hciconfig hci0 up
Step 5
Type hcitool scan to see if it can find your Bluetooth Phone.
Step 6
Type exit
Step 7
Type exit again
Step 8
Install the 3epc GPRS Program from powercx.com site http://www.powercx.com/xfiles/3egprs.deb
Step 9
It will have a box with the mac address of your phone. Be sure to select that mac and hit ok.
Step 10
It will ask to enter the APN, for Cingular, it is wap.cingular
Step 11
When a dialog states to”try pairing from your phone with 3epc now, then press ok.” Go to your phone and search for your eee. If you had it paired before, be sure to delete it on your phone.It should find the eee by the name asus-080920345-2 (Not exactly the same number but should be asus-0000000000, not sure how many digits).
Step 12
Be patience, be sure to wait until the dialog 3epc Debian file is installed.
Step 13
Somewhere in between, if it doesn’t work, or the icon don’t show up, you’re suppose to reset your computer. Mine works after I reset. Initially, I had to go back to the settings tab after restart and click on the GPRS Config icon to configure it again from step 9.
