Update: Hexxeh Diet Chromius has the Broadcom Chip built-in to it now. So you can download that instead of the Dell version, and though both works, at least Hexxeh version is not for a specific computer vendor, ie. Dell.

I applied the same technique as Hexxeh did by replacing the image with the ones from here. Download the zip file, which is about 300Mb and it’s for the Dell Mini 10v, and download the readme file as well. This image work on my HP TX2 WiFi Drivers which uses Broadcom Chip. Follow Hexxeh instruction, but instead of writing the Chromius Image, write the one for Dell instead.
